HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Most Orders placed after 10:00 am EST will ship out the next day. If there is a problem with the order we will contact you immediately so there should never be any question on why your order has not been sent. Please allow products that are stitched an extra day for production.
HOW DO I TRACK MY SHIPMENTS?
Once we process the order and ship it out, you will receive and email confirmation with a tracking number to follow your package.
HOW LONG BEFORE I RECEIVE MY ORDER?
Our standard shipping method is Ground Advantage by USPS with an option for Priority. Depending on where you are, it could take 1-3 days. Michigan should be 1 Day.
MY SHIPPING INFORMATION IS WRONG?
We urge you to double check your address because we do move pretty quick. If your address is wrong please email motorcityflagship@gmail.com so we could change it in the system before it ships out. Please understand our process is automated to ensure fast delivery times so there is a chance that it has already gone out.
HOW DO I EXCHANGE/RETURN MY ORDER?
In the Contact Us tab above there is a FORM you can fill out to start a return. Please click on that and follow the instructions on returning your product. While your return is being processed for the refund we will send once we receive the package, you can purchase the correct item you are exchanging it for.

HOW DO YOUR SHIRTS FIT?
We have 3 different styles of shirts we sell on our site. First one will be labeled CLASSIC. CLASSIC is your standard fitting style for most of the t-shirts you see in the market. We also wanted to appeal to the fashion crowd by offering PREMIUM. PREMIUM is more of a narrow cut and form fits with higher quality fabric. PERFORMANCE is our last style we offer. PERFORMANCE is 100% polyester moisture management fabric similar to UNDER ARMOUR and NIKE DRI-FIT products. You will see these labels on the products so pay attention to what you're buying.
MY PRODUCT IS DEFECTIVE OR THE WRONG SIZE?
We have many procedures in place to make sure you are 100% satisfied with the product you receive and everything is correct.
